The uSPEQ Employee Snapshot is a brief Employee Climate Survey questionnaire that provides organizations with a simple and effective way to gather employee feedback and better understand the needs of your organization’s workforce. This simple-to-administer, 10-question online survey is free to CARF-accredited organizations and can help identify strengths and areas for improvement, in line with CARF International standards on stakeholder feedback and quality improvement.

The uSPEQ Employee Snapshot is currently in the pilot phase. During this period, updates and enhancements may continue to be made as we evaluate participant feedback and overall program effectiveness. Participation in the pilot helps support the future development of this tool.
Who can participate?
Any organization that is currently CARF-accredited, or is in the process of applying for accreditation, can join the pilot program and use the uSPEQ Employee Snapshot tool for free.
What participants receive:
- Online Employee Snapshot Questionnaire, which can be completed on desktop or mobile devices
- Dashboard with full reporting and comparison capabilities
- Resources to support survey administration
- Opportunity to provide feedback on the initial version of the survey (ease of use, question relevance, etc.)
